In September of 2017, Nana and Poppy took Sarah Kate for a weekend trip to Chicago to see "Hamilton".  We flew into Midway airport early on Saturday morning, left our luggage at the hotel and walked around to see some of the sights.  We walked through Grant Park and got to stand in front of the iconic Buckingham Fountain.  After the play was over, we walked up Michigan Avenue with 30,000 of our closest friends to the restaurant we chose for fine dining.  Michigan Avenue was thriving, alive, and was awe inspiring to a young pre-teen girl from the South.  We had a fantastic dinner, a restful nights sleep, and flew back home Sunday morning.
