We stopped in at the seaside town of Kotor as the 3rd stop on our July 2014 Adriatic cruise.  Kotor has the reputation of being very cat friendly, as there were cats running loose all over the town.  All the shop keepers and residents said this was how its always been.  They even has an authentic cat museum.

We had a very memorable lunch in a true sidewalk (alley) cafe where I was introduced to the delicacy of cuttlefish.
